TRAVEL ADVISORY
I-65 is closed between I-264 (Watterson Expressway) and downtown Louisville (Jefferson Street), which may impact travel to the venue. We recommend allowing extra travel time and reviewing the official detour routes before your trip.

South Wing Lobby B – E20 Overhead Door

Players will not be able to go through the skywalk to register. Players must be dropped off at the South Wing B lobby entrance and enter through the E20 Door to the right.All players will receive an official Roses Rising Stars/Run 4 Roses Bag Tag.

Players will enter through the E20 Overhead Door (South Wing B Entrance). In the room, Each Player will officially register for the event before they receive their tournament credential. A player must have a form of identification (Photo ID, Report Card, Birth Certificate, Etc.) as well as their complete hotel information. This bag tag allows unlimited access to the facility and through all security checkpoints.

JULY 7TH: 12:30 PM-5:00pm
JULY 8TH: 3:00 PM-9:00pm

Kentucky Exposition Center Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the Kentucky Exposition Center prohibits items including:

Outside food, beverages, and alcohol
Large bags (over 14″ × 14″), coolers, and glass/metal containers
Pets (service animals only)
Skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, scooters, and other personal transportation devices
Chairs, umbrellas, sports balls, and noisemakers (air horns, whistles, etc.)
Balloons, laser pointers, drones, fireworks, and flammable materials
Professional cameras, tripods, and recording equipment (without prior approval)
Large signs, banners, or signs attached to poles
